I have always loved using Tefal pans because of their non-stick features and their durability. Being on the Tefal Innovation Panel, I have had the privilege of being privy to their new range of kitchen products. I had previously posted about the Tefal OptiGril and how amazing it is. It is now almost a month later and I have been using it very often to produce some amazing meals that are really easy to prepare.
Today, I am presenting another innovative product from Tefal – The Ingenio range.
On looking at the box, one may think it is just another range of non-stick cookware from Tefal. Look again!
For anyone, like me, who has longed for cookware that you can use on the hob and transfer to the oven and table, your dreams have come true. What’s more this range is non stick, comes with plastic lids that you can use to store leftovers in the refrigerator. The Ingenio range of pans also comes with glass lids that can be flat packed and this is really handy if you are short of cupboard space in the kitchen. It also means that it is really easy for one pan cooking and hence there is less washing up. (something I do not really enjoy doing!)
The real ingenuity of the range is that it comes with a removable handle – which is why you can use it in the oven and even store food in it in the fridge. The handle is sturdy which clicks into place and the best part is that it is really firm so it can carry quite a heavy dish.
There are also beautiful accessories that complement this range like the steamer insert that converts the Ingenio sautepan into a steamer, a grill and a colander that fits into the 20cm saucepan so you have no problems draining pasta.
I have always wanted to make the perfect frittata for breakfast but have not been confident of putting the frying pan into the oven. At last, I had a chance to…
I prepared a frittata for Sunday breakfast and the entire family enjoyed it.
The range has all the features of Tefal products – Thermospot, induction base and superior non stick coating.
I love the versatility of the range and the fact that everything from the range fits one into the other so it is so space saving. If you had a complete set of these pans in your kitchen, you would have all you need to make the most delicious meals and would not require much more.
