Naming the children’s school items and clothing is so important especially if they are new. I get a bit upset if I buy new items of clothing for the children of school and then we come back home to find them mixed up with someone else’s. This is not because I do not name them, but because they soon get erased.
I used to write on my little girls clothes tags with marker but this too didn’t seem to work. Last year I resorted to the ‘iron on’ kind and this worked fine although it was a little tedious.
This year – it was miraculously easy. I had everything named in a span of maximum 5 minutes – all thanks to Stamptastic.
It is ever so neat as well and doesn’t look messy. I stamped Ethan’s school bag and his PE bag too.
These great little stamps work much like any other stamp and the best part of it is that it can be done on many materials like plastic, fabric, metal and wood.
If you are like me and find that there is never enough time, this is the ideal back to school cheat. There is free postage on the site at the moment and with the new school year around the corner there’s never been a better time to get ordering.
It was also great fun for the children to be able to do it themselves.
Since my 4 year old starts school in September, it was helpful to get him ready for school by taking part in the preparations for the new school year.
So how does it work? The set comes with a stamp and an inking pad. You can order the stamp online and personalise it with our child’s name. It took less than a week to arrive.
All you then do is get ink on the stamp and press it onto the item to be named.
Great fun and work done in little or no time. I have a few more things to name and I look forward to it as I know it will not be tedious.
The stamps are available for £8 each and the stamp pad costs £10.
Disclosure: I was sent a stamp pad and two stamps for review. All ideas and opinions are my own.
