Review – My Little Pony Call of the Cuties DVD

Well, if you have been reading my blog consistently, you will know that I reviewed a My Little Pony DVD – Welcome to Ponyville, a short while ago.

And here is the double whammy – We were sent the Call of the Cuties DVD to review.

Call of the Cutie Packshot

The children were over the moon. So was I, as I had seen the first one over and over again. However, this now meant that we had to watch 2 My Little Pony DVDs one after the other.

I don’t really mind though, as the stories are really sweet and teach valuable lessons.

When teacher Cherrilee tells her pony pupils about cutie marks, the special symbol which appears on a pony’s flank once they’ve discovered their purpose in life, and how they are created, The Cutie Crusaders – Apple bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo set out to find their cutie marks or their talents. On their way together with Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Rarity they learn some very important lessons about life.

We love My Little Pony at our home and we enjoy watching the DVD – which is pretty often.

The DVD will make an excellent stocking filler for Christmas or an addition to Christmas presents.  Although, I would say, don’t wait until then but get it to watch during half term.

It is available at and all major retailers for £12.99
