Poochy & Yoshi’s Woolly World on Nintendo 3DS – Review

We love playing with our Nintendo 3DS and when I say we, I mean to include myself.

It’s strange how you can totally get sucked into a game without realising how quickly time passes.

This is especially when you have a game as cute as this one – Poochy and Yoshi’s Woolly World

If you read our review of Yoshi’s Woolly World  on the Wii U, you’ll know what fun we had with it.

This game is similar and has all the excitement of the one on the Wii U, with extras thrown in.

You have two modes of play – classic and mellow. The classic is the original mode and the mellow one is a more relaxed mode with a lot of help from Poochy Pups.

The gameplay is similar, you need to go on missions to get back yarns which have been taken away by Kamek. Or at least the Yoshis that he has turned into yarn.

You also have the option to design your own Yoshi and use it in gameplay.

The game has quite a few missions to complete. Poochy also has his own little game level where he is alone and I must admit he is rather cute.

When you are tired of the action, the game provides entertainment through animated shorts as well as using Street Pass to create and trade designs of Yoshi.

The game is fun and if you loved it on the Wii U, you’ll love it even more on the 3DS as the additions to the game make it so much more appealing. Plus, you can have it with you wherever you go.

The game is priced at £34.99 and is available now.
