Playmobil Vet Clinic – Review

Together with the amazing castle, we received this love Vet Clinic from Playmobil to review. Did I mention how much we are enjoying being Playmobil Playologists? Yeah that…and then some!

The Vet clinic is quite a large set and has a reception area and a waiting room. Within the clinic is an exam table to check animals on. There are also two outside enclosures – that include a rabbit hutch. The playset comes with animals like a calf, rabbits, cats, dogs and birds. There are many other little bits that make the clinic very attractive – little flowers, butterflies and a gorgeous garden bench.

I love the white picket fencing and the attention to detail like the little latches on the gates, the bandages for the animals.

The clinic is quite a good size and is really good quality. It has a tiled roof and the flooring also has a tiled effect. There are shelves for books and even a wash basin.

The outside area of the set is pretty with the tree and the flowers and the birds. I like that you can put the set together and then add the flowers and animals where you like making it your own personal playset.

Aeryn loves playing with the set and so does Jadyn. I thought it was a little young for Jadyn, but she still loves putting it together and playing with her siblings with it.

The set is compatible with the Pet Examination Room from Playmobil. Like the other set, I like the fact that you can buy spares. Can you imagine if we lost a carrot? I don’t know how children can not play with a tiniest bit of a playset and then determine that it is the one they ‘really’ need when they have lost it!

As a mum, I like the children to play with sets that are long lasting as well as those that can stimulate the imagination. This is a perfect set for that. There are so many things that a child can talk about. It is great for imaginative play and role play. It also helps to teach children to care for animals.

The PLAYMOBIL Vet Clinic playset is part of the City Life range of toys.

The set is priced at £39.99 and is available here and at other major retailers.
