Recently I had posted about being a Sofia the First Twitter Party host and I am sure if you had the time you must have been online trying to win some great prizes.
While you were tweeting though, I was busy with my own little party at home.
We had invited 6 little girls to the party – well 4 little ones and their sisters. Which means I have 8 girls at home. My son was so out of his league! 🙂
I was quite excited to be hosting the party and everything was set. I had made some Sofia the First cupcakes and some sandwiches. There were crisps and sausage rolls and drinks.
The first thing we did was colour in some pictures which the girls just loved doing.
Then the girls used the cutters to make Microfood with the cupcakes that had been supplied.
We then played Pass the Parcel and it was great fun. One of Aeryn’s little friends won.
Then, we were onto a treasure hunt and boy, were the children good at it. The winner was the youngest at the party (helped of course, by her sister).
During the party, we put on the Sofia the First DVD and the children were delighted. They also enjoyed the food and drinks that were served.
We had a fun time and I was quite exhausted at the end of it. The children of course could have carried on for some more time.
The invitees went home happy with their great goody bags filled with Sofia the First playsets, sweets, a DVD and magazines.
If you have a Sofia the First fan, don’t forget to visit www.disneyjunior.co.uk for more fun activities and games.
You can also read a review of the lovely Micro playsets that we got to play with and see how we fared.
