Oral-B Electric Toothbrushes for the Family – A Review

Isn’t the best thing to give someone this Christmas is a smile? Or maybe even the perfect smile?

With there being so much emphasis on keeping healthy, I think giving gifts that help this are a great idea this Christmas. We were sent some brushes from Oral-B to review and this has honestly changed the way we all brush our teeth.

Brushing of teeth is a HUGE chore with the little ones. 2 minutes seems a lifetime for them when they want to run off and play. With the Star Wars and Frozen themed brushes, the children are willing to use the full 2 minutes brush time. Thanks also to the timer, they know exactly when they need to stop. The brushes are rechargeable which is an added bonus as I did have battery operated ones before (from a different brand) and after the battery ran out, there was no way of changing them. It’s been a change in our home as the children are asking to brush their teeth.

We were also sent a brush more suited for older children adults for Jadyn. This is the Oral-B Pro 2000 in Pink. This electric toothbrush has pressure sensors so if you are brushing too hard, the sensor light flashes. This is perfect for Jadyn. Since she wears braces, she has to ensure that she brushes well but at the same time doesn’t use too much pressure, in case the braces break. It is said to remove 100% more plaque than an ordinary toothbrush.

Of course, I was sent the cream of the pick. The lovely Rose Gold Limited Edition Genius 9000. I am slightly in love with this brush. It has everything I need to keep my mouth clean and fresh. When I say mouth, I mean my gums and my tongue too. The one featured below is the black version. You can read my review of the Rose Gold version here

Wha’s in the box –

  • C1 GENIUS connected handle
  • 4 brush heads,
  • Premium travel case
  • Upgraded charger
  • Refill holder
  • Smartphone holder

This is definitely one of our top picks for Christmas and there is an amazing deal on at Boots at the moment where you can purchase the Genius 9000 brush for £99.99 (Please be aware of any future price changes)

I was sent the above products for review. All ideas and opinions are my own.
