My Reading Wishlist

I am a voracious reader. Reading has always been my favourite pastime. I am always on the look out for new books to read. I like print versions of books as I like to keep them in my collection.

I found quite a few books on The Works website and I would love to share my wishlist with you.

A Song of Ice and Fire -George R. R. Martin

You may not be familiar with the book but this is actually the story of the popular series Game of Thrones. This box set has 7 books and would be great for my collection. I enjoy watching Game of Thrones and it would be nice to read the books.

It is priced at £32.99 (RRP £65)

The Hunger Games Trilogy

I have enjoyed watching the The Hunger Games and again would love the books. Quite often I find that the books are more in depth, for obvious reasons and I would love to read this trilogy.

Priced at £7.99 (RRP £23.97), it is good value for all three books.

The Divergent Series – Veronica Roth

Divergent: A major motion picture for 2014; Insurgent:A major motion picture for 2015; Allegiant

The story of a young girl called Tris who cannot seem to conform to the rules laid out by the society she lives in.

I have heard about this series but not seen the film. The stories sounds really interesting and I would love to add this to my collection.

The Miniaturist by Jessie Burton

This is a highly recommended read and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. £10.99 (RRP £12.99)

Cupcake 3 book bundle

I love baking with the children and let’s face it – who doesn’t love cupcakes?

This 3 book bundle is available for only £4.50 (RRP £29.97) I think this is an amazing price.

The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings Boxset – J. R. R. Tolkien

These are films that the children are very interested in and I would love them to read the books too. £25.99 (RRP £30)

The Bronte Collection

I love the classics and have always enjoyed reading the Bronte sisters. Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights were my favourites.I also enjoyed Agnes Grey. I would love to own this collection as I have not read The Professor and The Tenant of Wildfell Hall. Besides the price for the set is only £5.99 (RRP £16.00)

The Works has lots of cheap books that I would love to own. Some of them, for the children, especially the Enid Blyton sets like Malory Towers and The Faraway Tree. And of course, when it concerns me, I am definitely going to be buying a whole lot of books from there.
