We love all things LEGO in our home and the latest addition of BrickHeadz was very favourably received.
BrickHeadz is the brand new way to create your special heroes with your favourite LEGO bricks. They are true to the characters they represent and are pretty special. The great thing about them is that they are a good size and perfect for display.
And if you think you want to create a mash up, thats easily done too. I wonder what we can come up with. For now thought, Ethan doesn’t want to mash up his characters as he really likes how they look.
We were sent The Joker and Batgirl (from the LEGO Batman Movie).
The Joker contains over 151 pieces and it took Ethan about 20 minutes to put together as it is quite detailed. The hair is what took the most time but it was so well worth it. It features The Joker’s characteristic green hair. He wears a purple suit with a yellow shirt.
Batgirl wears her iconic purple suit with a Batgirl logo. She has her batarang with her. There were 99 pieces and it took under 15 minutes to complete.
Both figures come with buildable collector’s baseplates.
As you can see, they do look pretty awesome and Ethan enjoyed creating them.
I love how LEGO inspires creativity but also provides step-by-step instructions to create the perfect figure. The instructions for the BrickHeadz figures were easy to understand and though it says its suitable for 10+, Ethan at 9 managed to put the character together quite easily.
Ethan loves them and can’t wait to add to the collection. They definitely need to be on Santa’s list this year and get our Elves’ stamp of approval.
LEGO BrickHeadz is priced at £9.99 and is available at all major toy retailers. You can also purchase them at Amazon.
