How to work off your Christmas Dinner calories…

It’s the Christmas season – the season of fun, family and (over) indulgence. The food is just too tempting to say no too and why should we when it happens just once a year. Mince pies, turkey and trimings, Christmas puddings and yes the glass(es) of mulled wine.
