Hairlights from InterPlay – Review

Jadyn has been on at me for a long time to get her highlights in her hair. Not the type that’s permanent but one that can wash out and is suitable for parties and the like.

When we were given an opportunity to review Hairlights from InterPlay UK.

The set is part of their Fun Labs range and Jadyn just loved it.

Hairlights comes with 6 coloured hair chalks, a pair of gloves, 2 pairs of hairdresser clips and a manual.

The instructions are easy to follow and all you need do is take a section of hair and rub it a number of times on the hair shadow. It is simply that easy to do.

To tell you the truth, when I first tried it, I was afraid it was going to be like other hair chalks I had tried that just would not show up on dark hair. How lucky to be surprised that it did show and very well too. And we did chose a dark colour as purple is Jadyn’s favourite colour.

The colours show up easily and it looks really nice. The instructions also contain tips on hairstyles and on dip dyeing and streaking.

The colour of course is temporary and removes with a wash.

The myStyle Hairlights is priced at £9.99 and I think this is great value for money. It is also a great activity for parties and sleep overs.
