Fast becoming one of our favourite go to places, Beefeater is an excellent family restaurant. It caters to adults and children and you can enjoy a very economical yet delicious family meal.
We visited the Monkey Puzzle Restaurant in Chessington and on walking in, it was quite a lovely yet quirky restaurant with loads of arched stairs. It does look like a puzzle.
We decided to skip starters as we had a very heavy breakfast at Chessington World of Adventures. But, the kids were still hungry after all the rides and walking around.
We decided to order from the value menu as it had everything we needed.
Hubs ordered a steak, I ordered a burger with bacon and cheese. The two older ones had half a rack of ribs each and Jadyn also ordered the prawns as a side.
Little one had sausages and mash from the children’s menu with beans on the side.
Remember, when you go to Beefeater, you get unlimited chips or fries and you also get to choose how you want it – thick cut, fries or spicy.
There is also unlimited refills on soft drinks, so great value for money.
Of course, you never review a restaurant without dessert and the children had brownies and icecream with masrhmallows from the kid’s menu at 99p each.
We ordered a Black Forest Gateau to share and luckily we did that as it was a huge portion.
The entire meal cost £46 and it was excellent value for money because all the dishes were so delicious and cooked to perfection. The steak was perfect and the burger has this smoky grilled taste that was just Yum!
There is an amazing new Spring Menu out now and there are also some great activities planned for children for Easter so do visit Beefeater to find out more.
