When it comes to running a business, attention to detail is important. You need to make a good impression and deliver a perfect service or product.

So far, I have only talked about the importance of using a proofreader for the written content you send out to customers or use in your marketing campaigns. That is because errors in that type of copy tend to cause the most serious issues.

But, occasionally, it may be wise to have a proofreader to check over an internal document.  Examples include your employee handbook and standard HR letters that are sent out to staff.
