I was recently sent this lovely toaster from House of Fraser to review.
The DeLonghi Argento 4 slice toaster is an elegant toaster that would fit well in any kitchen be it contemporary or rustic.
The chrome finish makes it look quite stylish.
The controls make it look different from other toasters and I say that in a nice way as it gives a nice look to it. It is easy to control the level of browning with the knobs. I love the display for the browning control.
It has variable width slots that can accommodate both thin and thick slices.
There is a re-heat function, a cancel function (for the times that you forget that you’ve put the toast in and can smell a slight burn!! ) and a defrost button so that you can put the slice of bread in direct from the freezer and still have perfect toast.
There is also a hi-rise function for smaller bread items like if you put in a bagel or a bun.
The toaster allows one to toast two slices at a time so that if you only need 2 slices toasted you can conserve electricity.
There are also two separate crumb trays for easy cleaning.
I like this DeLonghi Toaster and I have been using it for about 3 weeks now, very regularly and there have been no problems.
It is currently available in House of Fraser on a deal for £49.99 (down from £69.99).
