CBeebies Swashbuckle Magazine Review

I don’t know if you’ve seen the CBeebies Swashbuckle show on television.  It’s all about pirates and fun and my children love it.

The characters in the series are Captain Sinker,  Gem, Line and Cook and a parrot called Squawk.

We were invited to review the new CBeebies Swashbuckle magazine and we loved it.

The magazine is filled with puzzles, games and colouring pages. It also has fun facts which makes learning fun.

The magazine is very attractive and has colourful pages which ensure that a child is kept occupied.

There’s are stories that you can read to the children or they can read themselves.

It also has stickers for sticker activity pages.

It came with a chest and some jewels too.

The magazine is based on 7 areas of learning –

  • Feeling good
  • Physical development
  • Maths
  • Communication & language
  • Being creative
  • Finding out
  • Literacy

We also used it with the CBeebies App to make it even more interesting.

The magazine is available from today and is priced at £2.75 and is good value for money.

I would recommend this magazine for young children as we enjoyed it and look forward to the next issue.

Disclaimer: I was sent the magazine for review. All ideas and opinions are my own.
