I recently wrote about the unforgettable experience we had at the Build-A-Bear Workshop.
I am even more thrilled to be writing up this post.
Today – two little bears arrived at my doorstep. You are definitely familiar with them – they are called Pudsey and Blush –the mascots of Children in Need.
Children in Need is the BBC’s charity which supports children in need and provides grants to projects that focus on disadvantaged children and young people.
I am really happy to say that the Build-A-Bear Workshop has partnered with Children in Need for the 6th year running to bring Pudsey and Blush back in store to raise money for the charity.
Pudsey and Blush are available instore and online at www.buildabear.co.uk
In store, you have the opportunity to create and bring to life your very own Pudsey or Blush (or both) and then dress them in their gorgeous new licensed BBC Children in Need pyjamas.
The best part of it is that together with getting one of these smashing bears, you would be helping charity as £5 from every sale of Pudsey or Blush and £1 from the sale of their licensed outfits will go to Children in Need.
Both of them are lovely and I would definitely have a hard time choosing.
Pudsey is dressed in a football t-shirt and spotted shorts and Blush is dressed in an adorable spotted pyjama with Pudsey prints.
Pudsey is a yellow bear and has the well-know bandana over his right eye. He has a spotted heart on his chest and ‘Pudsey’ embroidered on his right foot.
Blush is brown with a darling spotted bow on her head. She has a spotted heart too on her chest and ‘Blush’ embroidered on her right foot.
Both are priced at £15 (with £5 going to charity).
The T-shirt costs £5 and the shorts £3.50 while the pyjamas cost £10.
They are soft and cuddly and the children will now have a new friend in bed at night.
Blush even did the school run with us this afternoon.
The Children in Need support night will be held on Friday, 15th November and I definitely recommend grabbing these bears either in store or online so you can cuddle up with your furry friend and watch the spectacular show.
I know there are two (or three) children who will be doing just that.
Jadyn and Ethan are keen to donate the money that normally goes to the charity from the sale of the bears so we will be doing just that!
What a great way of donating to charity and having a lasting beary friend all in one fell swoop!
