With the Summer holidays just around the corner, unless one is going on a long vacation, it is a little difficult trying the keep the children occupied. What better way to spend a day but go to a day long family festival.
The one I am talking about is the Bounce Festival to be held on 10th and 11th of August at the Old Deer Park in Richmond.
Here is official press release about the festival –
BOUNCE FESTIVAL, a brand new action packed weekend of summer holiday activities, entertainment and fun, comes to Richmond Old Deer Park on 10 and 11 August, 2013.
Created especially for kids aged up to twelve and their families, the imaginative new festival has masses of kids entertainment shows on the Bounce Main Stage plus five additional activity zones that include everything from science experiments to street dance, all led by some of their favourite TV stars.
From taking part in exciting experiments in the Daredevil Science zone, to adding artwork to the Big Bounce Picture in the Create & Craft area, and trying out sheep sheering in the Dig It zone, Bounce Festival has something for everyone to enjoy. There are also free running displays in the No Limits arena, activities for budding chefs in the What’s Cooking zone and much, much more.
Once the kids are joining in the activities, parents haven’t been forgotten, there are special areas on hand to sit back, relax and socialise in whilst the kids enjoy the fun.
Bounce Festival is brought to you by experienced family event organisers Sledge, the people behind a number of successful family events including BBC Blue Peter’s Big Olympic Tour, Nickelodeon Jr Jump Up and the Innocent Village Fete.
