Top UK Days Out For the Kids

The school summer holidays are only round the corner and as a parent, you’re probably wondering how on earth you can keep them entertained for 6 weeks. It can seem like a daunting task at first, but with so much to do right on your doorstep, you may be surprised. The summer holidays are the perfect time to book in all those adventures that you don’t have time to pursue while the kids are in school through the week.
Bundling the family into your new motorhome and travelling to a new exciting destination can be the best way to occupy your kids as they enjoy time off school. Whether you fancy continuing their education is a fun environment, or you simply want to treat them to something a bit different, here is jut a little inspiration for your kids or even grandkids this summer!

Adventure parks

If your kids are the outdoors-type and you want to let them run wild, an adventure park is the perfect destination. The adults can relax or even join in themselves if they wish! One of the most impressive adventure parks in the UK is BeWILDerwood, located just outside of Norfolk. With holiday parks nearby to park up the motorhome, your kids can do a zip wire, take boat trips or play in treehouses. Many days out in the UK include some sort of British history, to really show the kids where they live and bring to life the stories they’ve learnt in school.
