I can finally reveal what all the excitement was about. Obviously with those adorable characters, excitement can reach very high levels. Especially when one can jump around. 🙂
As a follow on from my previous post, here’s what was in the box.
- 6-inch Supersoft Dipsy
- 8-inch Po and Tinky-Winky
- Jumping Po
- Superdome Playset
- 2 collectables – Tinky Winky and Noo Noo
No wonder the children were excited.
The 6-inch figure is super soft and cuddly and perfect for taking while out and about as it is small and easily fits in a handbag. It is priced at £6.99 and there are four figures that you can collect.
Next up we have, the 8-inch plush toys and these are just as soft but as they also talk they do have a hard bit inside them. Press their tummies to hear them say iconic phrases from the series. They are a good size and priced at £9.99
Jumping Po is rather cute. She is a little hard as she jumps when you press her tummy and but the outer material is soft and velvety to touch. She is priced at £24.99
The Superdome playset is modelled on the dome where the Teletubbies live and comes complete with sound effects. Press the toast button for Tubby toast to pop up, Use the Tubby phone to talk to the Teletubbies and press buttons to hear music and other sound effects. It comes with spinning seats too. Priced at £29.99, it is definitely one worth getting for your Teletubbies fan. Since it also encourages interaction it assists in motor skills.
The collectables are priced at £3.99 each and are small figures of the characters that can be played with separately or added to playsets to make playing even more fun.
The entire range is quite lovely and reasonably priced too. The toys are available at all major retailers.
Disclaimer: I was sent the above toys to review. All ideas and opinions are my own.
