Day 5 – Today’s was by far the nicest wrap my daughter has ever tasted. Her words – not mine.
I served up a roast chicken on melted Leerdammer cheese with an avocado, mango salad. Simply delicious.
To make this (amazing) wrap, you will need –
- 2 avocados – cubed
- 1 mango cubed
- Half a red onion diced
- Walnuts – chopped into small pieces
- 4 strawberries – mashed into a puree
- Leerdammer Toastie Slices
- Olive oil to drizzle
- Roast Chicken
Toss the avocado, mango, red onion and walnut pieces.
Season with salt and pepper and add the strawberry puree.
Drizzle some olive oil and mix.
Take a tortilla and add the cheese and roast chicken.
Heat in the microwave to melt the cheese.
Add a healthy serving of the salad.
Fold and enjoy.
The combination of sweet and savory flavours come together in a wonderful mix in this wrap. For a slightly spicy wrap, add some chilli flakes.
