Review:Goodnight Anti-snoring Ring

Okay… so the secret is out – my husband snores!

Although why it should be a secret – I don’t know. All I know is that people do not like to be told they snore and vehemently deny it.

There are a number of factors that can make a person snore – allergies, bad sleeping positions, nasal stuffiness, small or collapsing nostrils, alcohol or sleep apnoea.

Snoring may not really bother you  (if you are a snorer, that is) but it can really bother the person you are sleeping next to. Have you ever gotten up in the middle of the night and tried to go back to sleep with the person beside you snoring their heart out?

Snoring is not something that people can really stop – or can they?

When I was presented with an opportunity to review the Goodnight Anti-snoring ring, I jumped at it. I will admit I was also quite disbelieving that it would work.

The Anti Snoring ring uses acupressure on two points of the finger to stop the snoring.

How it works is that you need to put it on your little finger (right hand for men and left hand for women) about half an hour before you actually go to bed and viola it stops the snoring. No drugs, no side effects – nothing.

Now the big question – did it actually stop the snoring?

Yes, it did.

From the first night itself we noticed the change where Hubs did not make that deep guttural sound while snoring. He did snore a tiny bit but this was quickly replaced by deep even breathing that made no loud sound.

It seems to also be getting better with use (he has been using it for over 2 weeks now)and I am careful to remind him to put it on before bedtime. We also found that it does help if you put it on half an hour before bedtime as mentioned in the manual.

Nowadays as well, even if he does snore, it is just the one deep snore and then it settles down into normal breathing. Hubs also finds that he gets up more refreshed in the morning. And I have a good night’s rest too.

If your partner snores, I would definitely recommend that you buy one. It comes with a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee, so don’t lose sleep over it!

Disclaimer:I was sent the Anti Snoring ring for review. All opinions are my own.
