It’s well…May the 4th and yes this is yet another post about Star Wars. Following our recent amazing LEGOLAND visit, we are all still part of that galaxy.
We could not NOT have a Star Wars toy to review and this one was even more thrilling because it was LEGO related.
We were sent the Star Wars Obi-Wan’s Jedi Interceptor from LEGO and Ethan was beyond happy when he returned from school.
The playset is targeted to children 7 – 12 and while not being tough to make, it is challenging enough to get the children interested.
The set has quite a 215 pieces and it also has stickers that need to be attached to the blocks as per the instructions.
You need to create the main body which has a cockpit for Obi-Wan and then there’s also space for the accompanying droid.
The wings were a little complicated as you need to make sure that the bits are put on correctly for the left and right wing.
Once completed, it is quite an awesome ship.
It has wings that you can move up and down, the cockpit opens up so you can change the characters if you wish and it also has shooters that actually shoot out. And it is quite a decent size too.
It is a lovely little set and perfect for any Star Wars LEGO fan. It does not take very long to do and yet it is not ready in minutes so there is the thrill of building for sometime.
It is priced at £19.99 and is available at all major retailers.
