Shhhhh….we’ve recently been involved in some covert operations. No, it’s not what you think – whatever you are thinking.
We’ve been helping the Thunderbirds on their international rescue missions and we’ve been having loads of fun.
I decided to try it out to begin with so I created my own profile and *cough cough* I’m Experienced Rescuer 03
We’ve been playing on the site and have since cracked some codes and even started some parts of the Hood Challenge.
The children love playing on these missions and I like them too as they require some thinking and working one’s brain.
We have completed the Code Breaker challenge and have a badge and we have completed part of the Hood challenge and Ring of Fire challenge.
Here’s how the children feel about the game.
What’s your username? Do you think it’s cool?
It could be cooler. Mum chose it. We are going to choose are own names.
What stage have you got to so far?
How many challenges have you done so far? Did you do more than one in one go?
We have completed a few. Yes, we did.
Did you find the challenges easy or hard?
Some were hard and some were easy.
Have you taken on The Hood yet?
We’ve done the Hood challenge but not completed it.
Is the website easy to navigate?
Yes it is but it would be cool to be able to see our badges under our profile.
Do you think you’ll go back to the website to continue taking the new challenges?
Yes – definitely.
The children like going on the website. I find it challenging for them so I am quite happy for them to access it. They will be setting up their own profiles soon and taking their own challenges.
It’s quite a lot of fun and I too have given the Code Breaker a try…and cracked it.
We were also sent some Thunderbirds Are Go goodies to help us.
Disclaimer: I was sent a some Thunderbirds Are Go goodies but was under no obligation to write this post. All ideas and opinions are my own.
