  1. We love picnics during our summer walks, We have sandwiches which are normally cheese or egg salad ones 🙂
crisps and a bottle of juice Lovely!

  2. We like going to Virginia Water. Really nice place for a picnic (it gets really busy at times, but its big enough that there’s always somewhere quiet)

  3. Love visiting the beach for a picnic, although will the little ones it can be hard keeping the sand out of the sandwiches!

  4. We live in sunny Scarborough so by the seaside is great for picnic’s, although the sand isn’t great mixed in with food 😀

  5. My favourite place is Arthur’s Seat in Edinburgh,it’s quite a hike but well worth it as you can see for miles, stunning views over Edinburgh and over the Forth to Fife,so very beautiful x

  6. Our garden, because we live by the sea, we don’t get sand in the food and we can nip back inside if anything is forgotten!

  7. there is a windmill about 1 mile from us, Brill hill, and I went there with my great grand parents on picnic and now we take our kids there

  8. I have two 🙂
For proper picnics it’s on the field at South Hill Park, the kids can run around and we just enjoy being loons!
But for other different picnics… It’s all about the living room in the sofa fort!! We like to use our imagination and we’ve been on lots of ‘trips’ already 🙂

  9. Abington Park in Northampton. It’s reminiscent of Central Park in New York with its bandstand, bird sanctuary, lakes and gym equipment. Perfect for a picnic!

  10. The sand hills near our house are a beautiful picnic spot, not so great if it’s windy though sand in your sandwiches is never great.

  11. My favourite place for a picnic is a lovely quiet spot a few miles from home… In between the beech and the hills. Gorgeous xx
