Fruity Pancakes with Robinsons

You can’t not make pancakes on Pancake Day. The kids won’t have it. Luckily for them, I almost always work with a brand to create pancakes ensuring that they will have pancakes even if it’s only for the blog. We were invited this time by Robinsons to take part in a campaign around Pancake Day.

We were set the task to make pancakes (either the fruity type or served with fruit) and we were sent some Robinsons drinks to keep us hydrated during the cooking and tasting process.

I used my trusted pancake recipe only I have since then added a dollop of yogurt to make them even fluffier.

As you can see, they were perfect (don’t look at the shapes – I blame the pan).

We served them up with fresh fruit – mangoes, kiwi, blueberries and strawberries and they were absolutely delicious. Drizzle on fresh cream (which I had run out of) or maple syrup and you have a winner of a breakfast. The kids also have some of their 5-a-day with all the fresh fruit.

Serve it up with Robinsons squash which has real fruit in every drop and you can’t go wrong.

We tried ours with the Robinsons Fruit and Barley – Strawberry and Kiwi flavour. Delicious!
