If you have little ones at home, I’m sure you believe in fairies. In fact, to convince them, you have to be pretty much convinced yourself.
I was sent these two sets from the My Fairy Garden range from Interplay –
Fairy Flowerpot and Fairies and Friends 3 pack
The fairy flowerpot includes a flowerpot house, a fairy and instructions and seeds to plant your very own fairy garden. It looks like a clay pot but is in fact plastic.
I like how the door actually opens so you can put the fairy inside. The seeds give it a nice touch as you can grow your very own plant in the pot. It’s great for children to be able to nurture and watch a plant grow.
It is priced at £9.99 and is good value for money considering the quality of the product. We haven’t planted the seeds in ours yet as the children want to plant strawberries and not the mustard that came with the set. I’ll add an update as soon as I do so.
The fairies and friends pack include 3 fairies – Lily, Andrena and Heather and their pets – a frog, hedgehog and squirrel. They are quite delicate to look at and very detailed. Hand painted, their features are beautifully crafted and will look lovely in the garden or indeed to be a part of the fairy garden in one’s own bedroom.
This set is priced at £9.99 and is of such a great quality that it’s worth every bit.
Both products can be a part of a fairy village if you want to set one up in your home or garden.
