A Little Fresh Fun with Tefal

logo smallWhen I joined the Tefal panel, I was excited at the prospect of working with this great brand – after all who does not know of Tefal ?

What I didn’t realise is that it would change my diet and food preparation because everything would be so easy.

For example , we would have our cereal plain with milk as adding anything meant more time wasted in the morning. However, with my Tefal Fresh Express, I have an incentive to add chopped fruit to it, as it is all so easy and convenient to do. Besides the children love the fruits chopped up fine with their cereal and look out for it each morning.

We also have more salads as it is so easy to prepare. Our favourite is one which I actually came across at one of the Tefal Innovation Panel Meet Ups and includes carrots, red cabbage, walnuts, apples, mayonnaise and horse radish sauce – simply Yum.

With over a third of 10 and 11 year olds in the UK being described as overweight or obese, it is time to introduce more fresh food in their diet.

Tefal launched Fresh Week some time ago and as a follow up they have launched A Little Fresh Fun – a microsite dedicated to making fruit and veg more fun for kids at home. Besides recipes and fresh eating ideas, the site also includes templates which can be downloaded so families can make Fresh Fun Art at home to familiarize children with fruits and vegetables.

British actress and Tefal Ambassador, Fay Ripley, stars in this video bringing a little Fresh Fun to life.
